When designing a structured cabling infrastructure the following parameters should always be considered |

What cabling category is required to support my current and future network applications?

Most cabling infrastructures have a minimum life expectancy of 10 years; we currently recommend that a Category 6 solution is installed to future proof your network requirements. |

Do any cable runs exceed 90 meters?

If cable runs exceed 90 meters additional comms rooms will be required.

How many comms rooms will I require?

We recommend that a minimum of one comms room is per floor per building is installed.

What cabling solution do I require?

We recommend that a high quality well installed system be installed i.e Krone, Systimax or Brand-Rex. |
